The “Pamber Heath War Memorial Hall” is a registered Charity with the Charity Commissioners, number 301914. It is administered by a Management Committee made up of volunteers.
Pamber Heath Memorial Hall was built in 1977 and is run on a ‘not-for-profit’ basis by a team of volunteers for the benefit of the residents of Pamber Heath, Tadley and the wider community.
As well as hosting a range of clubs, groups and social activities that cater to the needs and interests of people of all ages, the venue itself is also available for hire for private functions (weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, business meetings/ conferences, fairs and fetes etc.) at very competitive rates.
Income generated from all these events is ploughed back into the Memorial Hall funds to pay for the hall’s upkeep and maintenance and to enable us to host events that, in terms of cost, are accessible to all local residents.
The Committee manage the Memorial Hall for use by the people of the Parish of Pamber (Little London, Pamber End, Pamber Green, Pamber Heath) and surrounding villages, without distinction of political, religious or other views for such events as meetings, lectures and classes, along with other recreational events like entertainment evenings, fun days and markets.
The Management Committee keep the premises, and all fixtures and additions, in good and substantial repair and condition.
