Hiring the Hall

We receive many favourable comments on the facilities at our hall. It is a perfect venue for children’s and family parties with plenty of room for little ones to run around, so please consider us for your future events. Thanks to a grant from the Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, Councillor Grant scheme, and sponsorship from our local Councillor Jo Slimin (Tadley and Pamber), the Hall Committee of Management are pleased to announce the purchase of new child sized tables and chairs for our small Hall users!  

 

The hall can be hired at very competitive rates.

The rates below are for private hire and different rates apply for clubs so if you are looking at starting a new regular club please get in touch and we will let you know how much it would cost and availability.

 

Rates of Hire for Private Hire

The rate of hire is per session regardless of the number of hours the event runs and includes time to set up and clear away afterwards. Rates for events not listed below can be discussed with the booking clerk.
