Circuit Style Exercise Class


Do you want to:

  • improve your cardiovascular / muscular endurance capabilities?

Classes take place at Pamber Heath Memorial Hall on Sunday evenings between 6:30pm-8pm and Tadley Memorial Hall on Wednesday evenings between 7:30pm-9pm and have proved popular over the years.

The classes are suitable for individuals of all ages, sizes and levels of ability, and are led by Joe Sidey (Dip ITS, MBCA, B. Eng) and PT (REPs), a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Circuit Training & Gym Instructor and Biomechanics Coach.
