Main hall                                                            Meeting Room

We receive many favourable comments on the facilities at our hall. It is a perfect venue for children’s and family parties with plenty of room for little ones to run around, so please consider us for your future events. There is also access to a grassed area behind the hall which can be used with adult supervision.

  • The Main Room (20m x 11.25m) and Kitchen (5m x 2.4m) are available for hire in the morning, afternoon, evening or all day. The hire includes access to the toilets and use of the chairs, tables etc.
  • The Meeting Room (7.9m x 3.7m) is also available for hire separately.This has its own set of approximately 30 chairs plus 10 square tables. Consequently two events, if compatible, can be held simultaneously.
  • The Main Room is equipped with a permanent PA system that uses radio microphones. This system also has two horn speakers that can be added to provide audio coverage of the adjacent grassed area at the rear of the hall. This latter facility is very useful for outdoor events such as a fete. There is also a Hearing Loop facility linked to the PA system. The Main Room also has a drop down 2.4 m wide projector screen.
  • The table/chair store accommodates in excess of 200 stacking chairs, 30 tables (1.8m long) and a temporary stage capable of several configurations (with a maximum area of 6 sq. m and 0.3 m high).
  • The newly refurbished Kitchen is well equipped with two electric double ovens, grill & hob, refrigerator, water heater (urn), microwave cooker and kettles. It has two sinks and a hatchway for serving directly into the Main Hall. It has adequate cupboards and work surfaces plus cups / saucers for some 150 people.
  • The Hall has parking for 30 cars (including 2 disabled parking bays), with overflow parking on a grassed area for a further 20 cars
  • The halls can be hired at very competitive rates either at an hourly rate with a minimum hire of 2 hours or by the morning, afternoon or evening sessions.
